Procedures:

1. Contact the Director of University Computing and Communications Services (404-651-2639).
   The Director will request authorization for an inquiry from the University Provost, Associate Provost for Information Systems and Technology, and the Office of Legal Affairs.
2. Provide the name and userid of the individual whose information is being accessed.
3. Make a reasonable effort to notify the user of this action prior to the inquiry.
4. Notify the individual when the inquiry is complete.
