Request Assistance with Requirements for Security Control/Digital Video Surveillance Systems :

    1. Contact the University Help Center by phone (404-651-4507), or email (help@gsu.edu).
    2. Request that your surveillance system be reviewed prior to activation.
      A Remedy Ticket will be generated and distributed to the appropriate network technician. The technician will contact you (usually within 24 hours) to schedule a consultation to review the equipment to ensure that auditing capabilities, system password protection, and user access control measures are current and effective.
