Our Philosophy
The Georgia Statement on Leadership provides the philosophical basis for our leadership programs. The interplay between personal and community values through an environment in which students are learning, promotes dynamic change, both in individuals and in groups.

The programs are based in the belief that all students have the capacity for leadership at some level. The programs are grounded in a theoretical model, the Georgia State ment on Leadership, which provides a definition of leadership that is future-oriented and identifies personal and community values to make this type of leadership possible.
