Step Aerobics
Step up and down for a great cardiovascular workout.
Ab Blast
Twenty minutes of an intense abdominal workout.
Cardio Box
This aerobic class has choreographed routines incorporating kicking boxing moves. This class is taught by an aerobic instructor which is not a martial arts specialist.
Funk Fusion
Get funky and come and get your groove on with this high energy, high/low impact class that has something for beginners to advance exercisers. Dance moves are intertwined into an aerobic workout you cannot miss.
Kick box
Kick boxing focuses on a combination of boxing, kick boxing, footwork, bag work, and strengthing to give a high intensity workout.
Spin
This class combines a foundation of basic cycling movements with motivational coaching. The intensity will vary as you simulate different cycling conditions. Everyone can adjust the difficulty of the ride as needed.
Core Ball
This class will challenge and enhance your total body strength. Exercise balls will be used as you do strength exercises for your chest, back and lower body . Not only will you gain strength in those areas, but you will be engaging your core muscles on every exercise!

H2O Lower Body Challenge
Deep Water Fitness
High intensity, no impact water resistance training that improves muscle tone, aerobic capacity, flexibility strength and endurance with the use of resistance equipment; class will be held in deep water. Participants must be able to swim.
Shallow Water Fitness
High intensity, shallow water exercises using the water for resistance to increase cardiovascular endurance and muscle tone.
Water Step Aerobics
Low to high intensity, medium impact water resistance training that improves aerobic capacity, flexibility, strength and endurance with the use of water step equipment.
