Beginning Rock Clinic
As a preface to our beginner outdoor rock trip, join our climbing guru for an evening of climbing education. We will not only belay certify you in this clinic but we also go over all the techniques, terminology, common equipment used in outdoor climbing, and safety issues. Combining this with the out door trip the following weekend completes the entire Beginners rock Course.

Sport Lead Climbing Clinic
This clinic will teach the experienced, confident and belay certified climber the fundamentals behind lead climbing in a gym or outdoor setting. The clinic will be a mix of short, instruction, and hands on experience as both the belayer and the climber. Climber must be able to comfortably climb a 5.7-5.8 rated climb in a top rope situation.

Whitewater Kayaking School
This fun and exciting first-timers course is designed to enhance your knowledge of whitewater kayaking and moving water safety. Each participant will learn basic paddling skills and techniques, safety consideration, fundamentals whitewater rescue skills, equipment selection and maintenance, and selections of routes/trips to participate in for both flat-water rescue skills, equipment selection of maintenance, and selections of routes/trips to participate in for both flat-water and whitewater outings. the course begins with four sessions in still water and will e completed with a progressive two-day option river trip. See water sports section. Please plan to attend all clinic dates. No prior experience is necessary - the is for first time kayakers. See our web site for more details.

General Bike Maintenance
Our in-house guru will show you how to do simple repairs and adjustments on your bike that will keep you on the road through all situations. Be prepared when yo have your next flat, take care of those grinding gears and protect y9oor investment with the safest inner-city locking techniques. Bring your bike to learn the detailed ins and outs of roadside maintenance on your own machine.

Great Smoky Mountains Fall Color Tour
Enjoy a three day fall color tour of Great Smoky Mountain National Park by vehicle and foot. We will see the park from many angles and then dive into the wilderness away from sightseers to backpack under the gleaming canopy. Bring your camera because the views, will be spectacular. Participants should be in good physical condition and previous camping experience is a plus.

Joyce Kilmer Wilderness
Backpack in a 17,000 acre desolate wilderness area nestled in the he most beautiful area of the western North Carolina mountains. Our hike will take you through lush basins and up rugged and steep ridgelines up to 5,300 feet. This are is unique with its virgin old growth hardwood forests of poplar, hemlock, and oaks.

Chattooga River Trail
Novice and experienced backpackers are invited to join us for this moderate weekend trek. Hike 8-10 miles in the late fall colors along the National Wild & Scenic Chattooga River and camp along the river bank in the Sumter National Forest wilderness. We will also visit the amazingly picturesque "cascades" and spend quality time relaxing by the river.

Cloudland Canyon
Spend a day hiking along the rim of this amazing 1,200 ft. deep canyon in far northwest Georgia. Enjoy the breathtaking overlooks then hike down to two spectacular cascading waterfalls spilling over layered sandstone. This is a moderate eight mile day hike that is suitable for beginners and experienced hikers.

Blood Mountain and Desoto Falls Hike
Hike the short but steep trail to the top of scenic Blood Mountain, the sixth highest mountain in georgia. At 4,461 feet, you will enjoy the scenic panoramic view from the rocky outcroppings while eating lunch. With enough time we will check out other amazing sites in the area such as Desoto Falls.

Grassy Mountain Tower Trail
This hike will find you climbing moderate to strenuous two miles to take in a 360 degree view then hiking an easy 1.5 miles around Lake Conasauga. This high elevation lake is unique and worth the climb. Enjoy swimming in the lake. Good clothing and physical condition are needed for this six mile hike.

Beginner OUtdoor Rock Course
This one day trip is open to all levels of climbing but will be oriented towards the beginner outdoor climber. We will take you out to a popular rock climbing destination in georgia to test your outdoor climbing ability and put learned skills to test. Combine this with the Rock Climbing Clinic to take advantage of the full instructions course.

Sandrock Intermediate Rock Climbing Trip
This climbing palace has an abundance of intermediate climbing routes for the above beginner and beyond level of climber. We will spend the day testing skills on climbing routes that meet you ability. Climbers will find plenty of bouldering opportunities with our crash pads during down time. Belay certification on the indoor climbing wall is required.
