Registering for your Incept conference online through GoSOLAR, and using your credit/debit card will quickly guarantee your space. Go to https://www.gosolar.gsu.edu/webforstudent.htm.

Incept fees cover the expense of meals, printed materials and other administrative costs. All students, including those receiving the HOPE Scholarship, must pay the Incept registration fee.

Enrollment at each session is limited to 200 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.

For students who did not choose to register for Incept online through GoSOLAR, and wish to use the "payment by mail option," the Incept registration form and payment must be received in the New Student Programs and Parent Relations five working days prior to your selected Incept date. No phone registrations will be accepted. Again, since each conference will be limited to 200 students, we must honor reservations on a space-available basis. In order to register for your desired conference, you must return your response promptly.

If you register by mail, you will receive a phone call indicating the session you have been assigned.
If you do not receive your confirmation within two weeks of your desired conference, call the New Student Programs and Parent Relations at (404) 413-1570. Do not make travel or additional lodging arrangements until you have received confirmation for the session you have been assigned. Under no circumstances should you attend Incept if your reservation has not been confirmed.

If you register for an Incept conference online through GoSOLAR, please make sure to print out your confirmation page at the completion of your credit/debit card payment and authorization. This confirmation page serves as your conference confirmation. You will not immeidately receive a confirmation phone call.
