Configuring your Mozilla (Windows) Browser

1. Sun Java 1.5_05 must be installed on your computer for WebCT to work. Click here for Sun Java installation instructions.
   Depending upon your connection speed, this should only take a few minutes.
2. Open the Mozilla browser.
3. From the Tools menu select Optionss.
4. In the left-hand pane, select Privacy.
5. Click the + sign next to Cookies.
6. Make sure the Enable cookies for the originating website only checkbox is selected.
7. In the left-hand pane, select Web features.
8. If Block Popup Windows is checked, click Add Site button
9. Type gsu.view.usg.edu in the box
10. Click OK.
11. Check Enable Java
12. Check Enable JavaScript
13. Click OK
14. Check to see if you have Microsoft Service Pack 2 (SP2) installed by clicking here
15. After making all of the above changes, close Mozilla and re-open it. The changes will now take effect.
