To access Vista, All Tel suggests you turn your Router firewall settings to low or off and download some firewall software from Download.com.
Next:
- Open Internet Explorer
- Go to Tools ->Internet Options -> Connections.
- Click the LAN Settings button at the bottom and uncheck Automatic
Once that is done, please choose the browser you are using from the list below to complete your configuration process
