Getting Started with vClass

Important for ALL: When you receive login information for a Meeting or Course, please read the email in its entirety!

If you are a Moderator (Instructor, Team or Group Leader, etc)

Read the information and associated links under About vClass
Decide if you need a Meeting or a Course
Complete and submit either the Request a Meeting form or the Request a Course form
Once you receive your confirmation of a Meeting or Course download the required software (Java Web Start)
If you requested a Meeting, forward the login information to the people you wish to invite to the meeting. If you requested a Course, the information will automatically be sent to the students.

To attend an Elluminate vClass session:

You will receive information from your instructor (for a Meeting) or the vClass administrator (for a Course)
Review the Participant section of this website including documentation
Download the required software (Java Web Start)
Login at the appointed days and times (this information is in the email you received in #1)
