Participants (Students, Attendees, Visitors, Guests, etc)

Participants are session attendees in either Meetings or Courses.

Meeting Participants

Once participants are registered for a Meeting they will receive information from the Moderator on how to attend. This information will include the session date and start and end times, a link, and how to login. Once a participant goes to the link at the stated time, he/she will be asked to enter a name (preferably the participant's name). This name will be used to identify the participant in the Meeting.

Course Participants

Participants who are registered for a course will receive login information from the vClass administrator. Login information contains a username and password and a link to the participant's My vClass page. From the My vClass page participants can:

  • View their schedule of sessions
  • Join sessions
  • Playback recorded sessions (if available)
  • Download the required software
  • Access a resource library
  • Take an online orientation ov vClass
  • Access the vendor's help section.
