uLearn is a web-based course management software powered by the Blackboard Learning System - Vista Enterprise License and hosted by the Board of Regents. This product, known as uLearn at Georgia State, is used to create, organize, manage, and house sophisticated integrated learning environments. It is available to all faculty, staff and students at Georgia State. It can be used to create entire online courses or to complement classroom based courses. uLearn is extremely flexible and customizable and it enables instructors to rapidly develop and deploy web-based courses and course components. uLearn includes a wide range of communication, instructional, and administrative tools, including bulletin board, chat, quiz, student progress tracking, and grading tools as well as tools for incorporating and linking content.

The eLearning Group provides a wide range of services to support faculty in the creation and management of their uLearn courses.
