The Complete Modified Tanzanian Top-Bar Hive

This drawing shows the completed and assembled tbh. Some type of cover would have to be added to keep out adverse weather conditions. Suggestions are made in Paul's comments.

This drawing shows entrance holes down both sides. I have found that I prefer holes at one end only, though the holes shown work very well. This drawing shows a hive long enough for 20 tb's. The dimensions and instructions will produce a hive with 30 bars. I feel that 30 bars are better though most of my hives have 20 bars.
