From the start menu select the internet submenu.
From the submenu select telnet, and connect to panther

an Internet provider such as Peachnet CampusMCI, BellSouth.net and
Mindspring, or AOL. This method has a key advantage over dialup lines:
graphical Web browsers are usable.
- off campus using
dialup lines. This method does not permit graphical Web browsers, but
is very adequate for our class. For example, reading these instructions
via a dialup line requires a nongraphical browser such as lynx.
To use lynx at GSU, type the following from panther:
lynx http://www.gsu.edu/~dscbms/dsc8450/sas/sasunix.html

LYNX USERS GUIDE VERSION 2.4.2
Lynx is a fully-featured World Wide Web (WWW) client for users running
cursor-addressable, character-cell display devices (e.g., vt100
terminals, vt100 emulators running on PCs or Macs, or any other
"curses-oriented" display). It will display hypertext markup language
(HTML) documents containing links to files residing on the local
system, as well as files residing on remote systems running Gopher,
HTTP, FTP, WAIS, and NNTP servers. Current versions of Lynx run on
UNIX and VMS. A Beta version for DOS is also available.
