Advertising Media Selection Problem

The following table shows the number of "exposures" to an advertising message per $1,000 spent on advertising on radio and TV in a local market.

TV Radio Goal
Upper Income 1,000 1,500 140,000
Lower Income 12,000 4,500
Under 30 9,000 3,000 500,000
39 & Over 4,000 3,000
Total 13,000 6,000 1,000,000

We want as many total exposures as possible,
but certainly at least one million,
without spending over $100 thousand,
amd we want at least 140 thousand upper income exposures
and a half million exposures to consumeres under 30 years old.
