Dr. Frost is an amazing teacher! I had to take Economics for my major which is not in the Business Dept. at all, but Dr. Frost made the course interesting an she taught the material in a fun way that made me want to go to class. She was always upbeat in the classroom and explained everything very clearly and thouroughly. I would recommend Dr. Frost to ALL students.

test questions.. should be written better, are often somewhat vauge and confusing. Some couse material is already very similar, and I think there should be some effort to test on comprehension of concepts, rather than the ability to decifer terminology that is either too specific to the text, professor, or worst a mix of the two conflicting perspectives.

The volume of information is almost ridiculous; especially for non-math majors. The textbook is a rip-off. They do have a version that is only micro and we should have bought that. Its way too expensive.

I liked using WEBCT Vista more so than when the switch was made early on in the course back to CE, computer never would allow me to get on webct CE until about 5 weeks into it.. I had already submitted alot of info on the vista site and never got the credit b/c of resubmission but i never talked to instructor about this issue either.. some test questions a bit tricky, but overall ok.

Course suggestions for improvement.

1.

Have more activities to be able to learn the material other then the quizes.

I think that the test should come from material you teach in class not just whatever is in the book.

Desk seats were very uncomfortable. They have a ridgeline at the lower back that I assume is to facilitate good posture. I have lower back pain and did not appreciate that shape cutting into my back. Plus they are damaged, and noisey. Some seats drop a whole inch down to a loud bang when sat upon, not to mention the skweeking everytime someone twists just a bit! The door needs new spings too, in fact all across campus. Everytime someone goes through the door it SLAMS shut. This is very distracting. I realize that the doors are used thousands of time daily and that re-fitting doors to every class would be expensive, however, I would hope that there is some form of maintenance that can help detour this mind numbbing source of noise pollution that reduces the educational experience and atmosphere on campus, You can imagine.....It's the last 20 minutes of the final exam, your concentration is on it's last end, now, as the bulk of the class finishes, there is a barage of slamming chair hardware that smacks no matter how polite the student, a following succession of door slams as the door lets loose every time it's opened. People can only be so considerate, but it can be made easier for them by simply maintaining the swivel seats, greasing a few hinges, and installing effectively set door springs. Please push this matter... Increase classroom miaintenance. Thankyou
