Additional office hours are available by appointment (upon request). Because unscheduled administrative responsibilities sometimes pull me away from the office, it's a good idea to give a call ahead of time just to ensure I am available.  I also encourage you to take advantage of e-mail opportunities, since they represent an efficient means for getting to know each other better.
