How to run the Paired-Samples T Test procedure


1. Build the Data Set

 

1. Each case represents a person (within-subject design) or two matched persons for subject analysis;

2. The numbers in the second and third columns
represents the repeated measures from the same
person (within-subject design) or two measures
from the two matched subjects.

*Many word recognition and bilingual language processing studies use this design.


2. Run the Procedure

 

1. Highlight the dependent variable names, and click on the arrow.

2. Click on OK.

3. Reset Options if necessary.


3. Read the Output Listing
