To expose tyranny, economic mismanagement, corruption, looting of state treasuries and flagrant abuses of human rights perpetrated by African leaders against their people;

To instigate and accelerate the pace of reform by developing new ideas, and new paradigms to break out of Africa's current conundrum and never-ending cycle of civil wars.

To constitute itself into a think-tank, searching for these African solutions and serving as a clearinghouse of new ideas, developed by African experts and generate, through research, a critical mass of knowledge for assessing the impact of economic policies on the continent;

To disseminate this knowledge and research findings widely through Africa;
