- Burden's interests focus on
cross-culture managerial environments and organizational behavior. He is the co-author of
articles published in professional journals, including Advanced Management Journal,
Business Horizons, Mental Hygiene and International Journal of Management. Burden is also
the co-editor of Business in Literature, which examines work specializations in society,
as well as values and ethics in professional development. Burden is a training and
development consultant for a variety of organizations.
