Mike
Jedel is an active labor arbitrator and a member of the National Academy
of Arbitrators. He serves on numerous private and public panels, including
the American Arbitration Association and the Federal Mediation and Concilation
Service. Jedel’s interest is in industrial relations. He is the author
of many articles and books, including Corporate Responses to Import Competition
in the U.S. Apparel Industry. His articles have been published in journals
such as Journal of Collective Negotiations in the Public Sector and International
Journal of Human Resources Management. He is currently the Chair of the
Management Department and Director of W. T. Beebe Institute.
