PERSONNEL AND EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS

Students interested in careers in any aspect of labor-management relations or personnel administration in either a line or staff capacity should seek a specialization in personnel and employment relations. PRODUCTION/OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

The production/operations management specialization develops the basic skills required by line managers to effectively resolve the complex technological, administrative, and behavioral problems encountered in managing operations in both manufacturing and service orgnaizations. This speicalization may be obtained by selecting an appropriate program from the course listed below. Guidance shoudlbe obtained from faculty advisers in this area in designing individual programs of study.
