3. NO OR INCORRECT DECISION PRINTOUT: $1 million.
4. NO STRATEGY STATEMENT: $1 million.
5. NO STATEMENT TO ACCOMPANY NEW STOCK ISSUANCE OR BUY BACK: .

10% of stock issue/buy back the plus right to void the transaction.

In addition, predatory pricing in the final game year will result in five (5) points being subtracted from your final BSG grade.

7. BANKRUPTCY -

    BIDDING ON CELEBRITIES VIOLATION:

All subsequent: $10 million

8. EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION GUIDELINES VIOLATION:

1st time: $1 million
2nd time: $5 million

           In addition to these fines, any executive compensation guideline

           violation nullifies any potential bonus.
