Penguins are the main attraction for tourists in Antarctica. There are three types of penguins establishing rookeries on the Antarctic Peninsula: Adelie, Gentoo and Chinstrap.
This Gentoo Penguin and his buddy seemed to stand sentinel on the rocks as we landed our Zodiacs on Port Lockroy in the Neumayer Channel, Antarctic Peninsula.
