You are invited to participate in research on political attitudes and information. The purpose of this study is to help us better understand the relation between people's attitudes and the information they receive.
You can do this survey at any Internet-connected computer. The entire survey is a series of social and political opinion questions. Completing the survey takes about between 1-2 hours and is worth 3 points on your final course grade.
Participation in research is voluntary. You do not have to be in this study (an alternate extra credit opportunity is available and described below). If you decide to be in the study and change your mind, you have the right to drop out at any time. You may skip questions or stop participating at any time. Whatever you decide, you will not lose any benefits to which you are otherwise entitled.
