Most names in the database come from the election results provided by KUNA, and are full legal names. Most individuals are commonly known by their first and
their final names. When this is not the case, I have used the common way of referring to the individual for the heading of the individual's page, with the full legal
name listed below.
Some typographical and other errors exist in the KUNA data.
Sources: Kuwaiti names are in the traditional style: the first name is the individual's personal name, the second is his father's name, the third his grandfather's name. The final name is either a family or a tribal name. Some individuals who identify with a tribe nonetheless use a clan name as their final name.
