Here is the schedule for our Fall line-up in 2009
Album 88 plays its regular rotation programming between the hours of 2AM and 8PM every weekday (with the exception of the Georgia Music Show on Wednesdays), as well as between the hours of 2AM and 6AM on the weekends.To see our staff's picks for the best artist/albums from the regular rotation of last year, check out the Best of 88 for 2008 list.

12AM-2AM: Bristol Sound
Bristol Sound is a new show on album
88 that features both new and old trip-hop, post trip-hop, downtempo electronica, and chillout
music. You may even catch a bit of turntabilism and hip-hop instrumentals. Just something to

course.
2AM-6AM: Regular Rotation
6AM-8AM: Opus 88
Opus 88 features contemporary classical music as well as standards from the baroque, romantic, and modern eras. Hosted by James Lenzer.
8AM-9AM: 88 News Hour
9AM-10AM: Easy Fyah
Easy Fyah is a down-tempo reggae program. Also hosted by Gia .
10AM-Noon: Big Band Jump
Big Band Jump is a two hour weekly program now in its seventeenth year of syndication, heard on nearly 200 radio stations of Big Bands and Vocalists of yesterday and today, featuring both original and later Swing music, with background information hosted by Don Kennedy.
Noon-2PM: The Blue Note
The Blue Note is one of the longest running shows on WRAS, going back over 10 years. On the Blue Note we play jazz--mainstream jazz from the 1950s and 60s including artists such as Thelonious Monk, Miles Davis, Ark Blakey, Cannonball Aderly, Donald Byrd, Dave Brubeck and more. We also focus on playing new releases from contemporary talented jazz artists. Virtuoso jazz players who push the envelope a bit are our bread and butter on the Blue Note. Hosted by Yoon and Andrew
2PM-4PM: On With the Show
On With the Show is the only local musical theater show on the airwaves in Atlanta. Every Sunday afternoon serves up two hours of non-stop musical theater tunes ranging from the hits to the hysterical. Hosted by 'Broadway' Becky
4Pm-6PM: Freeform
6PM-8PM: Nippon Music Champ
Nippon Music Champ is 88.5's weekly juxtaposition of all things Japanese. Hosted by B Chan, NMC strives to expose listeners to the variety of music present in the contemporary Japanese music scene. Here is a fun fact, the songs in the show's promo spot are Do I Know You by Pineam, Talk About Love by The Emeralds, and Bara no Hana by Quruli.
8PM-10PM: Jet Lag Jet Lag is a radio program on Sundays from 8-10 pm devoted to progressive, psychedelic, Krautrock, fusion, experimental, strange folk, and other rarities from around the world. The theme is international, and the show concentrates on music from the late sixties and seventies. Most of all, your host Yoon strives to play the really rare and obscure, so in addition to the accepted masters in the field you’ll hear lots of bands you never thought you’d ever hear on the radio. Recent bands featured include Celeste, My Solid Ground, GAA, Jonesy, Lengoulevent, Guruh Gipsy, Conventum, Nogo Jeeree, Yang Byung Gyp, Thursaflokkurinn, and Edgar Allen Poe.

The electronica on the Beatscape Lounge is progressive and varies from dark to down tempo to glitch to playful.
