Status
Status of work as on April 2003:
Joseph & Rishi have made great progress on the Semantic Facilitator (TM) (SM) interface. Taruna has continued with LSA, and has run LSA on 128 objectClasses for every "K value" from 1 to 128.
Joseph has also fine tuned the possible JMIS paper on SOM clustering experiments, recalculating the results of 350 SOM parameter sets as measured against experts, and calculating p-values to confirm significance of results.
Victor has been working on the NMI Integration Testbed components, including videoconferencing integration with LDAP directories, and implementation of Shibboleth for accessing web based resources but using local authentication.
Manish has a nice web site begun for ACS and a first version should be up this week or next. We want to use this to communicate the work we've done and link in other sites that are relevant (cf. Internet2 Middleware, etc.) We'll be asking you for suggested links...
