Application Process

Admission to the EMBA is a multi-stage process. Two application forms are provided for each applicant: Application I and Application II.

Preleminary Application

Application I allows applicants to receive a preliminary review from the Admissions Committee regarding their potential for acceptance into the EMBA Program. Pre-applicants' credentials are evaluated to determine whether they are likely to be competitive with the broad applicants' pool. This permits applicants to delay approaching their employers until they have decided to proceed with Application II, the full application. Applicants' employers will not be notified of possible interest.
The applicant's resume describing management and professional responsibilities should be included. Notice to applicants is made within five days after receipt. Application I is optional.

Complete Application

Application II is reviewed upon receipt. An admission decision shall be made soon thereafter and candidates are notified immediately. Early submission of the application is strongly encouraged.
The application includes:

  • Forms providing personal, employment, professional and educational data.
  • The Statement of Intent.
  • The Corporate Endorsement. A senior executive from the applicant's company must sign the Corporate Endorsement form which commits the company to release the participant from work to attend classes.
  • Two evaluation forms, at least one of which is completed by representatives of the candidate's employer or manager. Forms are submitted with the evaluator's signature on the enclosed envelopes.
  • An official academic transcript from each post-secondary institution attended, submitted in the envelopes enclosed, under official seal from each institution.
  • A valid TOEFL test score.
  • Interview and Response

Finalized list of candidates shall be later contacted to arrange for an interview that is conducted by the Director of the EMBA program subsequent to the review of the final application.
Applicants are invited to contact the EMBA program office at any time during the admissions process.
All information submitted relative to a candidate's application to the EMBA program is held strictly confidential.
