Dr. Fazlollahi visited Cairo and Alexandria for project administration

Dr. Fazlollahi visited Cairo and Alexandria for project administration. Dean Huss also visited Alexandria on Nov. 28-29 for discussion with Dean Ossman and other administrators. A new MOU was signed with FCAU for future collaboration. Dr. Fazlollahi met with the Cairo Cohort in Cairo and discussed steps being taken for the visit to Atlanta. He also inspected the newly rented facility for holding classes in Cairo. Subsequently Dr. Messallam and Dr. Fazlollahi met with the Officials of USAID to resolve the problems with the documents required by the Training Department of USAID-Egypt prior to issuance of DS2019 for J1 visa. The problem were largely resolved and it is expected that the training will take place in Atlanta on January 29-February 13 as scheduled.
