The graduate program of the Ernest G. Welch School of Art and Design offers three degree programs at the Masters level:
The overarching goal of our graduate program is to conduct rigorous scholarly and studio based activities that foster challenging conceptual, technical and intellectual development. Our programs offer a professional training ground for artists, designers, art historians, and art teachers. These full time, three-year programs, encourage excellence through experimentation, cross-disciplinary pursuits and critical analyses of existing ideas about art and art history.
