Professor Lisa Lambert Lectured in Cairo University

Professor Lisa Lambert gave lectures on Research Design and Testing to Ph.D students and also on Person-Environment fit and Organizational Justice to undergraduate student at Cairo University. All lectures were well received as indicated by follow-up questions from students after each session. Prof. Lambert met with Dean Mobrouk of the Faculty of Commerce in Cairo University and discussed concepts in Organizational Behavior and issues with faculty development at Cairo University. Ph.D. students also asked about their research design, statistics and developing research questions. Prof. Lambert commented that these students need a great deal of support for the development of their research skills.
