Jan 4	Early proof of Enrollment Verification Certificate for students possible via PAWS (Panther Access to Web Services - http://paws.gsu.edu)
Jan 6-7	New International Student Orientation/Registration
Jan 8	Tuition and Fees due by 5 p.m. (Non-payment of tuition and fees may result in class cancellation)
Jan 11	Full Semester and Mini-mester I classes begin
Jan 11-15	Late Registration (Full Semester, Mini-mester I, Mini-mester II, GSU-62 and Tuition Assistance Program) $50 late fee for all initial registrations in this period except GSU-62 and Tuition Assistance Program
Jan 15	Last day to add/drop classes and receive a 100% refund Late Registration tuition and fees due by 5 p.m. (Non-payment of tuition and fees may result in class cancellation)
Jan 16	Withdrawal period begins at 8 p.m. via PAWS. (No refunds for partial withdrawals) (Each Registration Adjustment requested by department will incur a $37.50 manual adjustment fee)
Jan 16	Immunization Holds begin for students who did not submit their immunization records
Jan 18	MLK Holiday (No classes)
Jan 25	Proof of Enrollment Verification Certificate for students possible via PAWS
Mar 3	Mini-mester I classes end
Mar 8-14	Spring Break
Mar 15	Mini-mester II classes begin
Mar 15-19	Regents’ Test given – register for test at www.gsu.edu/testing
May 3	Full Semester and Mini-mester II classes end

Last Day to Withdraw

Mar 1: Full Semester midpoint
April 9: Mini-mester II midpoint

Students may not withdraw after the dates above. For more information, consult the Student Advisement Center or your Office of Academic Assistance.

Final Exams & Grades

Mar 4 - 5 Mini-mester I exams
Mar 10 Mini-mester I grades must be submitted via PAWS by 6 p.m.
Mar 15 Mini-mester I grades available to students via PAWS after 5 p.m.
May 4 - 10 Full semester and Mini-mester II exams
May 13 Full semester and Mini-mester II grades must be submitted via PAWS by 6 p.m.
May TBA Commencement. Visit www.gsu.edu/commencement for details.
May 19 All grades available for students via PAWS after 5 p.m.
May 21 Degrees conferred and available on transcript via PAWS.
