Overview
The mission of the College of Education at Georgia State University is to
provide leadership and scholarship for the betterment of education and human
development.
Undergraduate and graduate degree programs are offered through the
departments of Early Childhood Education, Kinesiology and Health, and
Middle-Secondary Education and Instructional Technology. The departments
of Counseling and Psychological Services; Educational Policy Studies; and
Educational Psychology and Special Education offer graduate programs only.
The College of Education also offers a minor in urban education. Undergraduate
degree programs for teachers of art, foreign languages or music are offered by the
College of Arts and Sciences.
