Information
You will be assigned a registration time-ticket assignment in order to register for
classes.
Approximately one week before registration begins a student can find his/
her registration time-ticket assignment by accessing PAWS. The first 10 days of
registration are the only days of registration that are time-ticketed.
It is to your advantage to attempt to register as soon as you are allowed
access to the registration system because many classes fill up quickly. During late
registration, access is on a first-come, first-served basis.
How Can You Find Information on Classes Offered and Schedules?
You can find classes and schedule information for classes at http://paws.gsu.edu.
Registration Tips
- If you miss any class meetings due to late registration, the professor may
not accept you into the class.
- Do not register for a class if you have not completed the prerequisites listed
in the catalog course description. The academic department teaching the
course may choose to drop you from the course.
- Fees apply for enrollment of up to 12 semester hours only. You’ll pay no
fees for any hours registered over 12.
- You will not receive any refund if you withdraw after the last day of late
registration unless you withdraw from all classes. The scheduled refund
percentage may be found online at www.gsu.edu/studentaccounts.
For complete directions for registering online, view the Registration Guide at
www.gsu.edu/es/registration.html.
Any problems experienced with registration should be reported to the One Stop
Shop (onestopshop@gsu.edu). You can visit the One Stop Shop, Enrollment Service
Center, at 227 Sparks Hall or 292 Kell Hall.
