Overview

The Office of Educational Opportunity and TRIO Programs is one of the University's primary vehicles for outreach to the greater Atlanta community. The Office serves as the coordinating body for a variety of programs designed to provide access to educational opportunities, increase retention and graduation rates as well as prepare students for doctoral study. Among its current programs are the Child Care Access Means Parents In School (CCAMPIS), Educational Opportunity Center , Educational Talent Search, Ronald E. McNair Post-Baccalaureate Achievement Program, Student Support Services, Atlanta-Gwinnett County Upward Bound, and the Upward Bound Math/Science Program.
