So you say it's time to get in shape. However, you are not sure how to go about it. Let "Personal Trainer" help you discover the different ways you can develop a complete fitness program.
Your mission, if you choose to except is to design your own personal fitness routine. This routine should be a weekly program that incorporates the following components: cardio respiratory, flexibility, strength and endurance activities to create a balanced fitness program. While on this mission you should think about the resources available to you and your busy schedule.
Use books, magazines, internet and expert interviews to create your fitness program. Click on the Amateur-Sports web page first to get an idea of what your weekly plan should look like.
1. Find 3 cardio respiratory exercises you enjoy.

Find 3 stretches to
increase the flexibility in your lower
body.

Find 3 stretches to increase the flexibility in your upper
body.
4. Find 3 strength or
endurance exercises for your lower
body.
5. Find 3 strength or
endurance exercises for your upper
body.
