Journalism History Society
The Journalism History Society fosters scholarship in the study of news media and encourages students to pursue mass media research. The Society's fundraisers provide assistance for students to travel to regional, national and international conferences to present media research. Members who have graduated return to campus to mentor current students writing news media related papers. Annually, the Society showcases the best media history research in its peer-reviewed Atlanta Review of Journalism History.
