Based upon a formal complaint from Georgia State University , Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity, a chartered student organization, has been charged with the following alleged violation of the Student Code of Conduct:

23. Failure to comply with the sanction(s) imposed for an earlier violation of the Student Code of Conduct.

In accordance with the chartered student organization's due process rights, as set forth in the Student Code of Conduct, Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity has chosen the Student Judicial Board as the route for adjudication of the alleged violations. The hearing is an open hearing. Seats for the hearing are available on a first come basis.
