The
History of Delta Sigma Pi and Kappa Chapter
On November 7, 1907, at the School of Commerce, Accounts
and Finance at New York University, the four individuals pictured below:
Alexander Frank Makay, Alfred Moysello, Henry Albert Tienken, and Harold
Valentine Jacobs, founded Delta Sigma Pi. Two years later, Delta Sigma Pi was officially recognized by New York University and the growth of America's foremost business fraternity had begun. In 1920, H.G. Wright was elected Grand President of the fraternity and after four years in this office, created The Central Office of Delta Sigma Pi in Chicago, Illinois in 1924. In 1956, The Central Office of Delta Sigma Pi was moved to it's current location in Oxford, Ohio. The Kappa Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi at Georgia State University was founded on March 12, 1921. We are currently located in 406 University Center.
