The Department of Assessment and Research supports and conducts division-wide assessment, research and evaluation that advance the Division of Student Affairs and university goals. The department further provides valid and reliable data on students’ learning, development, needs and satisfaction, which aids in the continuous improvement of programs, services, and facilities.

• Developing Student Learning Outcomes Assessment·
• Designing questionnaires, surveys and studies·
• Dissimilating Assessment Newsletter and Updates to the Division
• Training staff and graduate students involved in assessment projects·
• Developing educational program evaluation reporting system

The Office of Resource Management is responsible for the oversight of the fiscal and human resources of the Division of Student Affairs. The Divisions employs over 200 personnel, which includes faculty, staff, and students. This department reports directly to the Vice President and is involved in the day-to-day operation of that office in the writing of reports

• Produce annual report and other documents related to the Division’s fiscal matters
• Oversee personnel matters
