The Environmental Policy Program has two experimental laboratories. The in-house lab consists of 24 subject stations each of which is equipped with personal computer. The Program's second experimental lab is a portable lab consisting of 32 ultra portable notebooks, a notebook server, and wireless LAN. With travel cases specially designed to transport these equipments, laboratory experiments can easily be conducted anywhere in the world.

In the area of Environmental Policy, the lab provides a facility for research and teaching in the areas of environmental regulation compliance, non-market valuation, the transition to the use of markets, and collective decisions in the management of environmental resources.
