TESL-L is an email discussion list for ESL/EFL teachers.  It has a sub-list about jobs called TESLJB-L.  You have to join TESL-L first and then join TESLJB-L. 

To join TESL-L, sent an email message to listserv@cunyvm.cuny.edu.  In the message type: SUBTESL-L, Your Name.  After notification from TESL-L that you are subscribed, then send another email message to the same address as before: listserv@cunyvm.cuny.edu.  In the message, type: SUB TESLJB-L, Your name.  For example,
