for Applied Linguistics (CAL): This site gives numerous links to information
about the languages and cultures of the various refugee communities in
the U.S.
Assembly
for the Teaching of English Grammar: The National Council of Teachers
of English (NCTE) sponsors this site for one of their sub-groups. The NCTE
Home Page also offers information of interest for English teachers.

Grammar: This site explains "link grammar" and connects to a parser
developed to analyze samples of written English.
The
Internet Grammar of English: This site is announcement for a new project
by the Survey of English Usage, University College London. According to
the announcement, "the aim of the project is to produce an integrated Web-based
resource on English Grammar for study, teaching, and research. It will
exploit the most recent developments in networking technology to ensure
access by the adult community in general--and students and teachers of
the English language in particular--whether at home or at an institution
of higher education."
