Where is the Alpharetta Center located?

What are you hours of operation for the computer lab?

Our hours of operation can be found at Hours of Operation.

How/where can I print my document?

GPC students are required to purchase a Georgia State Guest Card at the VTS station. Document can be printed from any student station in the computer lab or library. Students can retrieve prints from any Panther Print station in the computer lab or library

Can I load my own software?

No, software is loaded by the University Technology Services systems administrator

How do I log on to the system?

All students are issued a login username and password for the Novell login. Usernames and passwords can be obtained from the Student Computing Services website or with the assistance of a lab assistant.

Is my login and my uLearn usernames and passwords the same?

Yes, the password you receive when you are getting started with Georgia State will be your seed password for use throughout the University. You will have the option to change them at Novell login and within uLearn.

What is my eTraining username and password?

Your eTraining username and password is issued to you via your student email or you can create your account at the eTraining website.

Can I copy CDs using theses computers?

Yes, we do have a CD copier software (Roxio Easy CD Creator)

I forgot my password, what do I do?

You can reset you password by accessing the Student Computing Services website.
