Jane Leonard
Alpharetta Center Technology Manager

Jane received her Bachelors of Science degree, Cum Laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She has been with GSU’s University Educational Technology Services since 1979, and has been at the Alpharetta Center since it’s opening in May of 2000. As well as the manager of technology support at the Alpharetta Center, Jane is also a key support person for researchers at Georgia State University.

John Phan
Lead Classroom Support Technician for the Alpharetta Campus

John's role as a Lead Classroom Support Technician is to maintain the technology in the computer labs, classrooms, and library facility. His role also includes staying up-to-date with the latest technology and making recommendations to bring this technology to the University System. Prior to joining UETS, John worked as an IT Specialist for a multinational company. John graduated from Georgia State University where he acquired a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems.
