Developing Learning Objects | Finding Learning Objects

UETS team of multimedia and instructional designers provides services related to developing and finding learning objects.

According to WiscOnline, a learning object may be defined as a “basic building block of a lesson or activity” that is searchable, usable in any learning environment, able to be grouped or to stand alone and transportable from course to course and program to program. Types of learning objects may include assessments, photo displays, interactions, text, simulations, graphics, video clips and audio clips.

UETS has developed several reusable learning objects that are either content specific or non-content specific. These objects are easy to use and free to Georgia State faculty. They can be used in your uLearn courses or linked from your website.
