HOW TO GET HELP

The following Classroom Support Hotlines are provided to faculty and staff for the purpose of scheduling a personal classroom technology orientation or for reporting classroom technology problems. Most problems can be solved quickly over the phone; otherwise a Classroom Support Technician will be dispatched immediately. If the problem you are experiencing does not require immediate attention, please fill out the Report a Classroom Technology Problem form. If you would like to make a suggestion for changes or enhancements to the classroom technology, please fill out the Suggestion Box form.

The Downtown Classroom Support Hotline is 3-4321 (404-413-4321 from an outside line or 9-3-4321 from the Classroom South Building) and support is provided Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM until 10:00 PM except for University Holidays.

The Brookhaven Center Classroom Support Hotline is 404-413-7800 and support is provided Monday through Thursday from 12:00 PM until 10:00 PM and on Saturdays from 7:30 AM until 5:00 PM except for University Holidays.

The Alpharetta Center Classroom Support Hotline is 404-413-7777 and support is provided Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM until 10:00 PM and on Fridays and Saturdays from 7:30 AM until 5:00 PM.
