Staff Configuration

The staff of the Graduate Office has been created to best serve our clients' needs by specializing in particular areas of Admissions, Records, and Graduation. If you have a specific question in any one of these areas, please contact the staff member best prepared to answer your question in full.

Location & Hours

In order to serve the Georgia State community and its guests more efficiently, the Graduate Office of Arts and Sciences has established limited "walk-in" hours for questions, deliveries, and general assistance.

These hours are daily  from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon and 3:00 - 4:30 p.m., or by appointment.

Please call (404) 651-2297 to set up an appointment with one of our specialists. Phone messages and appointment requests are taken daily from 8:30 to 5:15 p.m.

Location: The Graduate Office is located on the eighth floor of the Haas-Howell Building, 75 Poplar Street in downtown Atlanta.
