UNDERGRAD PROGRAMS
The Gerontology Institute offers students two options for combining their major field of study with an emphasis in gerontology, an 18-semester hour Certificate in Gerontology or a 15-semester hour Interdisciplinary Minor in Gerontology.
Although the programs are similar, the certificate program incorporates an internship and is often chosen by students planning careers in the field of aging.
Both programs provide students with specialized knowledge needed to live and work in today’s aging society
