The Gerontology Institute student affairs coordinator is available to help students understand the expectations and requirements of their undergraduate gerontology program and to assist in overall program planning and course selection. Although official approval of a course of study is not required, it is strongly recommended that students discuss their registration plans. The institute director and the student affairs coordinator are available to guide students in developing professional goals and directions, but students are encouraged to consult widely with gerontology faculty for advice and to become acquainted with their interests and research.
